接到“中國科協辦公廳關(guan) 於(yu) 組織推選2021年中國科學院和中國工程院院士候選人推薦（提名）工作的通知”，請各理事單位、分支機構、省市數學會(hui) 負責人嚴(yan) 格把關(guan) ，積極推薦優(you) 秀人才。
主要推選條件如下：
1、麵向米兰体育官方网站入口會(hui) 員；
2、推薦名額不作限製，但應該嚴(yan) 格堅持標準，寧缺毋濫；
3、中國科學院院士候選人的標準和條件。遵守憲法和法律，熱愛祖國、品行端正、學風正派的中國公民，在科學技術領域取得係統性和創造性的重要成就，並為(wei) 中國科學技術事業(ye) 或人類文明進步作出突出貢獻，可被推薦為(wei) 院士候選人。被推薦人應從(cong) 事自然科學、技術科學和工程科學方麵的研究工作。
4、院士候選人年齡不得超過65周歲（1956年7月1日及以後出生）；
5、已連續3次（2015、2017年、2019年）被推薦至中國科學院的有效候選人，須停止1次候選人資格。
6、居住在香港、澳門特別行政區和台灣省以及僑(qiao) 居他國的中國籍學者、專(zhuan) 家，不在學會(hui) 推選範圍；
7、請被推薦人填寫(xie) 附件1材料，並提供附件2—6的內(nei) 容（所有材料隻接收PDF文件）；
8、同行專(zhuan) 家評議表（三位專(zhuan) 家可分別填寫(xie) 表格）、材料真實性確認函、國籍情況說明、保密審查證明要提供原件且必須親(qin) 筆簽名。
9、所有上報材料，請推薦單位先行審查後再由推薦單位（不接受個(ge) 人推薦）提交PDF文件。
10、所有推薦材料經學會(hui) 院士推選專(zhuan) 家委員會(hui) 會(hui) 議審議後方可向中國科協推薦，材料不合格人員將不再另行通知網上填報。
推薦截至日期為(wei) 2月4日，過時不予受理。

As a Chinese American mathematician, a foreign academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Shiing Shen Chern is a worldwide math master. He made outstanding contributions to the development of mathematics.
