為(wei) 深入貫徹落實中國科協、中宣部、教育部、科技部《關(guan) 於(yu) 深化改革培育世界一流科技期刊的意見》，推動中外科技期刊同質等效，吸引高水平論文在中國科技期刊首發，加快推進世界一流科技期刊建設，根據中國科協統一部署，米兰体育官方网站入口承擔了中國科協“發布我國數學領域高質量期刊分級”工作。數學領域高質量科技期刊分級目錄的試點成果自2021年1月24日公示以來，受到了社會(hui) 各界的廣泛關(guan) 注。2021年4月，米兰体育官方网站入口組織專(zhuan) 門的具有廣泛代表性的專(zhuan) 家委員會(hui) 召開工作會(hui) 議逐條充分討論公示期收到的意見，並對數學期刊分級進行了適當的調整。調整後的期刊分級目錄經2021年米兰体育官方网站入口常務理事會(hui) 審定調整通過後按要求公布。按中國科協的要求，米兰体育官方网站入口將在今後每3年度認定發布1次數學領域高質量科技期刊分級目錄，每年保持動態監測。

根據中國科協《分領域發布我國高質量科技期刊分級目錄工作實施方案（試行）》，由中國數學會(hui) 負責牽頭組織實施數學領域高質量科技期刊分級目錄認定及發布工作。原則上，每3年度認定發布1次分級目錄，每年保持動態監測。為(wei) 進一步規範開展數學領域高質量科技期刊分級目錄動態監測工作，提高監測工作效率和水平，為(wei) 後續期刊分級工作提供科學依據，特製定本方案。
一、監測內(nei) 容與(yu) 工作要求
1.每年對發布目錄中的期刊關(guan) 鍵指標（如學術影響力、高質量論文、編委會(hui) 組成規範性和期刊運營規範性等）和學術不端事件進行監測與(yu) 統計。重點監測指標出現明顯異動或者出現因把關(guan) 不嚴(yan) 導致的重大學術不端事件的期刊。
2.對發布目錄內(nei) 外質量上升較快的期刊與(yu) 發布目錄內(nei) 質量下降較快的期刊，由米兰体育官方网站入口編輯出版工作委員會(hui) 組織專(zhuan) 門評審，提出處理意見，經米兰体育官方网站入口常務理事會(hui) 討論後對發布目錄進行及時調整。
3.米兰体育官方网站入口網站需發布公告，通過學會(hui) 郵箱長期征集學界對期刊分級的意見與(yu) 建議，米兰体育官方网站入口辦公室每年要及時將收到的意見與(yu) 建議轉交給中國數學會(hui) 編輯出版工作委員會(hui) 。
4.中國數學會(hui) 編輯出版工作委員會(hui) 每年要召開工作會(hui) 議對收到的意見和建議進行討論。討論結果形成紀要，為(wei) 今後的分級調整提供依據。
二、組織管理及職責分工
米兰体育官方网站入口編輯出版工作委員會(hui) 負責組織期刊動態監測工作，根據監測情況提出對分級目錄的動態調整意見。為(wei) 保障期刊動態監測工作的順利開展，下設數學期刊動態監測工作組並報米兰体育官方网站入口常務理事會(hui) 批準。工作組設組長一人，組員若幹。工作組負責期刊動態監測的日常工作，接收數學科技工作者對有關(guan) 期刊提出的意見和建議，並及時進行整理與(yu) 反饋。
三、修正與(yu) 完善
米兰体育官方网站入口編輯出版工作委員會(hui) 根據科技界與(yu) 期刊界對分級目錄認定過程和結果的有關(guan) 意見建議，不斷提出修正完善期刊動態監測方案。
