一、招聘原則

二、招聘崗位及職責
（一）崗位：學會(hui) 辦公室秘書(shu) 1名
（二）崗位職責：
1. 配合學會(hui) 辦公室的同事，完成學會(hui) 日常管理：與(yu) 中國科協、民政部及相關(guan) 上級部門、國際組織等的日常工作聯絡和文件報送；學會(hui) 各分支機構的事務性事項的管理、溝通與(yu) 協調;學會(hui) 會(hui) 議安排、來訪接待、網絡信息化管理等；
2. 配合學會(hui) 的財務人員，完成學會(hui) 財務管理：學會(hui) 日常報銷、發票開取、學會(hui) 下屬分支機構財務賬目梳理等工作。
3. 領導交辦的其他工作。
（三）招聘條件：
1.具有中華人民共和國國籍，熱愛社會(hui) 主義(yi) 祖國，擁護中國共產(chan) 黨(dang) ，遵紀守法，品行端正，無違法犯罪記錄；有北京戶口者優(you) 先考慮；
2.具有強烈的責任心，有較強的溝通交流、文字撰寫(xie) 能力，做事積極主動、認真細致；
3.大學本科或以上學曆，財會(hui) 專(zhuan) 業(ye) 及有相關(guan) 工作經驗者優(you) 先考慮；
4.年齡原則上不超過35周歲，身體(ti) 健康，具備專(zhuan) 職履責能力；
5.有責任心、團隊意識、服務和奉獻精神；
6.具有一定的英語文字和口語交流能力。
三、聘用管理及待遇
錄用人員采取人才派遣方式，薪酬麵議，按國家規定繳納社會(hui) 基本保險和住房公積金。

As a Chinese American mathematician, a foreign academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Shiing Shen Chern is a worldwide math master. He made outstanding contributions to the development of mathematics.
Professor Jiaqing ZHONG was very concerned about the development of the mathematics of the motherland during his lifetime and worked hard for it.
