“疫情就是命令，防控就是責任”。自新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情爆發以來，全國學會(hui) 黨(dang) 組織認真落實習(xi) 近平總書(shu) 記重要指示精神和中央統一部署，按照中國科協要求，把打贏疫情防控阻擊戰作為(wei) 當前學會(hui) 最重要的工作。各學會(hui) 積極采取行動，充分發揮出學會(hui) 的人才優(you) 勢和資源優(you) 勢，發揮學會(hui) 黨(dang) 組織和黨(dang) 員先鋒模範作用，為(wei) 抗擊疫情作出貢獻。為(wei) 弘揚和宣傳(chuan) 全國學會(hui) 黨(dang) 組織和黨(dang) 員科技工作者在抗擊疫情中湧現出的典型事跡和典型人物，科技社團黨(dang) 委征集宣傳(chuan) 全國學會(hui) 黨(dang) 組織、黨(dang) 員科技工作者抗擊新冠肺炎典型事跡和典型人物。現將有關(guan) 內(nei) 容通知如下。
一、目的和意義(yi)
各全國學會(hui) 理事會(hui) 黨(dang) 委和辦事機構黨(dang) 組織要認真學習(xi) 貫徹中央精神，把打贏疫情防控阻擊戰作為(wei) 當前重大政治任務，增強“四個(ge) 意識”、堅定“四個(ge) 自信”、做到“兩(liang) 個(ge) 維護”，切實把思想和行動統一到習(xi) 近平總書(shu) 記重要指示精神上來，認清肩負的責任使命，動員和帶領各級黨(dang) 組織和黨(dang) 員科技工作者把投身防控疫情第一線作為(wei) 踐行初心使命、體(ti) 現責任擔當的試金石和磨刀石，確保黨(dang) 中央重大決(jue) 策部署貫徹落實，充分發揮戰鬥堡壘作用和先鋒模範作用，組織賦能，黨(dang) 建業(ye) 務一起抓，讓黨(dang) 旗在防控疫情鬥爭(zheng) 中高高飄揚。注重及時總結宣傳(chuan) 在疫情防控鬥爭(zheng) 中湧現出的先進典型和感人事跡，唱響正氣歌，激發正能量。
二、征集內(nei) 容
全國學會(hui) 黨(dang) 組織在抗擊疫情引領開展的工作和事跡，學會(hui) 黨(dang) 組織和黨(dang) 員科技工作者在抗擊疫情開展應急科普、科技支援、引導服務群眾(zhong) 中湧現出的先進事跡，不畏艱險、無私奉獻的典型人物。
三、材料要求
1.以文字材料為(wei) 主，字數不限。最好有圖片或照片，有關(guan) 視頻、網址鏈接也請同時發送。
2.有關(guan) 材料經學會(hui) 黨(dang) 組織審核後通過聯係人發送至科技社團黨(dang) 委宣傳(chuan) 處郵箱。
3.材料無時間限製，疫情期間及疫情結束後都可提交。
四、有關(guan) 說明
1.請各全國學會(hui) 黨(dang) 委高度重視對學會(hui) 抗擊疫情典型事跡和典型人物的總結宣傳(chuan) ，發揮好黨(dang) 建引領作用。
2.疫情期間更需堅持實事求是的原則，杜絕不實信息，杜絕形式主義(yi) ，嚴(yan) 謹、真實反映典型事跡和人物。
3.及時廣泛交流典型事跡和典型人物，擴大宣傳(chuan) 影響，科技社團黨(dang) 委將及時在學會(hui) 黨(dang) 組織聯係人微信群推送，向媒體(ti) 推薦。

Professor Hua Loo-Keng is a famous Chinese mathematician and loves his motherland deeply. He devoted into the scientific career, and made an outstanding contribution to the Chinese mathematical career and talents cultivation for all his life.
As a Chinese American mathematician, a foreign academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Shiing Shen Chern is a worldwide math master. He made outstanding contributions to the development of mathematics.
Professor Jiaqing ZHONG was very concerned about the development of the mathematics of the motherland during his lifetime and worked hard for it. He has said that the development of mathematics depends on the active cultivation and selection of outstanding young mathematicians. He sincerely wish to establish a fund in China to reward outstanding young mathematicians.
