中國科協表示，新冠肺炎疫情發生以來，科技界堅決(jue) 貫徹落實習(xi) 近平總書(shu) 記重要指示精神，在黨(dang) 中央、國務院堅強領導下，緊急行動、全力奮戰、眾(zhong) 誌成城，為(wei) 打贏疫情防控阻擊戰提供了強有力的科技支撐。
此次倡議包括五個(ge) 方麵：砥礪學風，勇擔重任；問題導向，需求牽引；產(chan) 學融合，創新發展；平台支撐，精準施策；開放團結，合作共贏。
該倡議強調，戰“疫”必將勝利，發展時不我待。國家和人民的需要就是科技界的集結號。希望廣大科技工作者大力弘揚愛國、創新、求實、奉獻、協同、育人的科學家精神，躬行社會(hui) 責任，把論文寫(xie) 在祖國大地上，讓科技在經濟社會(hui) 發展中創造新的價(jia) 值。

新冠肺炎疫情發生以來，科技界堅決(jue) 貫徹落實習(xi) 近平總書(shu) 記重要指示精神，在黨(dang) 中央、國務院堅強領導下，緊急行動、全力奮戰、眾(zhong) 誌成城，為(wei) 打贏疫情防控阻擊戰提供了強有力的科技支撐。為(wei) 奪取疫情防控和實現經濟社會(hui) 發展目標的雙勝利，中國科協向全國學會(hui) （協會(hui) 、研究會(hui) ）、各級科協組織和廣大科技工作者再次倡議：
一、砥礪學風，勇擔重任。斬斷疫情，科技鑄劍。振興(xing) 經濟，科技當先。廣大科技工作者要堅守“心有大我、至誠報國”的光榮傳(chuan) 統，堅定信心，實事求是，盡出所學，各展所長，匯聚成共度危機、共謀發展的科技誌願服務大軍(jun) ，讓知識服務社會(hui) ，讓科技支撐發展，讓科學家精神光耀時代。
二、問題導向，需求牽引。聚焦企業(ye) 複產(chan) 的關(guan) 鍵領域，精準把握產(chan) 業(ye) 發展的痛點堵點，破解發展瓶頸，攻克“卡脖子”問題，在協同攻關(guan) 中提升自主創新能力。以數字化網絡化智能化重構生產(chan) 、經營、管理流程和模式，提升產(chan) 品服務能力，在解決(jue) 實際難題中彰顯科技力量，在推動高質量發展中成就科技價(jia) 值。
三、產(chan) 學融合，創新發展。協同解決(jue) 重點領域、重點產(chan) 業(ye) 的關(guan) 鍵短板問題，推動企業(ye) 轉型升級、提質增效。引導龍頭企業(ye) 以技術優(you) 勢輻射中小企業(ye) ，形成規模效應，推動形成產(chan) 業(ye) 集群和產(chan) 學跨界機製，幫助中小企業(ye) 渡過難關(guan) 。激發創新創業(ye) 創造生機與(yu) 活力，釋放產(chan) 業(ye) 轉型發展新動能。
四、平台支撐，精準施策。充分發揮科技智庫作用，為(wei) 產(chan) 業(ye) 發展、生態優(you) 化和治理現代化提供有效政策建議。搭建跨學科供需對接平台，實施精準服務，推動企業(ye) 高質量發展。有效開展“百城千會(hui) 萬(wan) 企”助力行動，組建“科技服務團”，為(wei) 企業(ye) 成長和區域經濟振興(xing) 提供解決(jue) 方案。

Professor Hua Loo-Keng is a famous Chinese mathematician and loves his motherland deeply. He devoted into the scientific career, and made an outstanding contribution to the Chinese mathematical career and talents cultivation for all his life.
As a Chinese American mathematician, a foreign academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Shiing Shen Chern is a worldwide math master. He made outstanding contributions to the development of mathematics.
Professor Jiaqing ZHONG was very concerned about the development of the mathematics of the motherland during his lifetime and worked hard for it. He has said that the development of mathematics depends on the active cultivation and selection of outstanding young mathematicians. He sincerely wish to establish a fund in China to reward outstanding young mathematicians.
